Maral Javanmard is the founder of XYZ Real Estate Group, specializing in luxury homes and investment properties throughout Las Vegas. A Nevada resident since 2005 and fluent in Farsi, she brings over a decade of sales expertise and a background in psychology to deliver a personalized, results-driven real estate experience.

Born in Iran and raised in Dallas, Texas, Maral moved to Las Vegas in her early twenties and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her education, combined with her intuition and deep understanding of people, allows her to connect with clients on a meaningful level—guiding them through one of life’s biggest financial decisions with confidence and care.

Since entering real estate in 2017, Maral has built a thriving independent brokerage. Through authentic social media marketing and a strong focus on relationship-building, she’s developed a loyal client base and grown her brand rapidly. Her background in hospitality as a Specialty Agent taught her the value of tailored service—something she brings into every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Maral is a devoted wife, mother, and dog lover. She fosters dogs and advocates for animal rescue, with a dream of opening her own sanctuary to save dogs from euthanasia and help them find forever homes.

Until that dream becomes a reality, she proudly supports Vegas Roots Rescue, donating 35% of profits from clients referred through the organization back to support their mission.
